Characteristics:

The tank, the tap bodies and the spouts have undergone galvanic electro-polishing treatment, which eliminates even the smallest imperfections of the parts in contact with the product. This guarantees excellent flow, reducing the formation of foam which would slow down filling.
The entire bottle lifting system, activated automatically when the door closes, is made with top quality components, long-stroke pistons and fittings entirely in stainless steel.
Even if they are not parts in contact with food, stainless steel guarantees durability even if subjected to washing with acid or basic solutions. Isobaric filling machines

The isobaric filling machine are used for the bottling of any type of carbonated beverages, such as sparkling wines, beer, cider, premixed cocktails, etc, minimizing the problems caused by foam and oxidation. They are suitable for filling bottles of various sizes, starting from 0,2l up to 6 litres. Quick change of bottle format provides the possibility to fill bottles of different shapes and sizes, reducing production time losses to a minimum. The bottles are lifted by pneumatic cylinders with semi-automatic control. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 304 stainless steel. Unbreakable front shields made of transparent plastic and stainless steel guards between the bottles ensure maximum operator safety.

The ISO series models can also be used very efficiently for bottling of still beverages of various densities as well. These machines have been designed to meet the needs of both small artisanal manufacturers and also large ones already equipped with automatic bottling systems with large capacities who need a versatile alternative for the production of small batches of small formats like Split or Half or on the contrary large format bottles like Magnum, Double Magnum up to Impériale.
